Coach Perry is one of the most sought-after speakers for inspiring and empowering students and educators to achieve success. Her own life experience has prepared her and made her an expert in her field. Her transparency, honesty, and servant's heart to help others is what set Coach Perry apart.
Coach Perry grew up in a single-parent home with three siblings. Poverty, abuse, and crime were all she saw, but she was determined to beat the odds and seek a different path in life. Thankfully through sports, she built a family within basketball that helped her escape from negativity at home.

Blessed with sports and academic scholarship. Erika received a Master`s Degree in Psychology and became a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. In addition, she`s a certified Mental Performance coach, SEL, and Mental Health Specialist for youth and adults.
With over 10 years of coaching and mentoring youth and young adults in basketball. Coach Perry is dedicated to community leadership and resilience for entrepreneurs and young people.
